I paid for and bought a copy of the deluxe 5.0 software. It seems to have disappeared from my machine, and reloading from the disc doesn't do it. How can I get my copy of it back? Downloading this issue, it asks for key. My old 5.0 is not accepted. Where can I get it?

Can not get 8 to work crashed after first video. Thought you could upgrade to 9 for having 8 never got code to work on 8 what is going on
