I paid for and bought a copy of the deluxe 5.0 software. It seems to have disappeared from my machine, and reloading from the disc doesn't do it. How can I get my copy of it back? Downloading this issue, it asks for key. My old 5.0 is not accepted. Where can I get it?
I purchased EZ Grabber some time ago with the VHS to DVD software. I changed computers and lost the product key. Today I downloaded the honestech VHS to DVD Deluxe program from the internet as a free trial but after installation it asks me for the product key. How can I get the product key
This was an exercise in futility. I temporarily misplaced my disk for Vhs to Dvd 7.0. I thought being a loyal customer, I might get a little help. Instead, you wasted my time. the first thing and ONLY thing I got was a request for a registration key. I will shop for an alternative device if this is the level of customer service I can expect to receive.

is big BS and it is lie. I spend a lot of time trying to us it but no luck. It is not working and i just lost the money i pay. No more!! Don't buy it!!!
It claims to be compatible with Windows 10 but I have had recurring problems, first with no video, despite several repeated downloads, including pausing anti virus and firewalls.
I eventually had limited success, and managed to convert 3 home videos. Then the problem begins all over again. I try removing and redownloading, but this time it's coming up with all sorts of error messages.
I am giving up and going in search of a different product. Disappointing.
Jan 2023 I just installed (on PC w/Windows 11) the UCEC Video Capture All in One Pro Version with the drivers (VHS to DVD 5.0 software) from the disk. First pass looked fine, I recorded a segment from a VCR video and sound seemed fine. Then I tried to edit project with adding a title etc and I only get sound and black screen. Since then I started all over with a new video capture and result with black screen and ok audio. I can take a screen capture of the running video and see a correct still frame. The saved mpeg file opened on another video player shows fine video, so it’s there. This DVD 5.0 software is bug infested!
Does your software writers have any fixes or you just going to ignore?
M Gentle, I am having the same issue. I can record but it is a black screen until you stop recording. then you can go watch the video. it is inconvenient and sad that this company can't seem to respond or fix the issue. won't be buying this product again and I buy a lot of software to run my business.

I loaded the 5.0 version on my Windows 10 pro Lenova laptop and at first I had video and was editing so I was happy with it. Then I deleted a video clip from the editor and the video screen in the application went blank. It didn't matter what I did. I could click the camera button and saw the image but the video screen stayed blank. I completely uninstalled the drivers, application, and folder and then reinstalled the application but it made no difference. Not dependable at all! Very dissatisfied.
I purchased 10.0 Deluxe. No success. Video is being recorded with no sound. First it was recording noise. I again tried with no success. It appears just wastage of money.
